Spent pretty much all day at Westech today.
Special thanks to Dave of DNE and Steve Brule of Westech. Really had a great time, it's a little nerve racking at times but still very exiting Probably made 15 pulls on the thing, tried several different set ups, changed primaries, secondaries, headers, made several pulley changes, all well worth it in my opinion. Left there fully tuned, broken in and ready to run.
10 under pulley set upon made 721 @ 5900RPM w/ 4.7 pounds of boost
5 over made 840 @ 6400 w/ 8.1 pounds of boost
15 over made 872 @ 6500 RPM w/ 10.7 pounds of boost
We can pull the extra 28 out of her if we need to for an even 900 but this is good for now
Very pleased with those numbers, it should run great in the hydro.
here are a few pics from today

Bill,
Thats great news. I'm sure you'll be stoked when you drop the mill in the Hydro, run in your water and fuel and hit the river.
Congrats,
Chris

Right On.... Must be the sticker huh?
I love seeing that motor all together sitting there on the Dyno. We all know what it does, and don't worry about all the "non-believers" who will call BS on the dyno, and builder...etc.
Looks great Bill!

That is cool, what is interesting is the jump from being underdriven to over, not much change from 5 to 15 over. Very nice.

Hey Guru did you get my PM?.
We were really happy with both numbers. I can tell ya it's pretty cool seeing first hand what every little change does to your curve and the hp.
We actually got about 13 horse on 1 degree of timing and about 18 on going 1 jet smaller on the secondaries. Very cool stuff I can't wait to build another motor so I can do it all again.

I just thought I would post two more pics since today is 909 date wise.
It was so much fun watching bill while the pulls were being made, it was like he was given birth. I'm still waiting for the cigar...lol

DUDE it is so on bro - I built this motor specially for you - but go ahead and tell all the kids at home how many ponies your little family boat is putting out. If I remember correctly 1050 or so
As for mine - 468 with an 871 w/ 2 750's no big deal 872 @ 6500
Let me put the motor in the boat then it's on
Hey I'll make it fair - I won't shift !!! :D :D

That blower looks like a 6-71 to me. 8-71's are a little longer and have 2 ribs in the center most of the time.

It's an old weiand I don't know if that makes a difference. When the blower shop added the extra pin I guess I should have asked for sure.

HBjet Why would I question them?? seems pretty damn close considering what I have to go off is a stock bore and stroke 440 mopar with stock size valves and iron heads that makes 666hp at 3% underdriven.

Thanks Bill, I saw that. Are your gears lightened? Mine are.
Sounds like a pretty big split in your Lenco. But I'm not the guy to get advice from on this. You should start a new thread right here in the v drive forum and get the input from people who have been there and done that.

My 32's are lightened but the 29's are standard
I'll start that thread then we'll figure out what I need
