Anyone have a place they know of where i can get my jacuzzi jet pump rebuilt? im in the bay area (san jose)

Nice old Sleek, you would be money a head to upgrade the Jacczzi pump with an American Turbine Energizer kit. To finish off the pump, a place diverter will make a nice handling boat.

any one know if glen at pleasure boats will do this? or how bout a place more local to my area? san jose. what exactly does the kit do.

I'm telling ya Harold at R&D can do all that. He's in Anaheim. He's even circle raced a pump like that. you. can UPS it there.

Jet Boat Performance x2. When I firts got my Tahiti he was a ton of help. He is in Paso Robles.
When I first got the Tahiti I was living in Mountain View, I had parts in a day, and they were more the willing to give ya phone support.

Yea give Tom at Jetboat Performance.I just put the energizer kit in mine, love it.He send them to you ready to go.All you have to do is unbolt the old pump and bolt in the new.I have a YJ.The prices vary but I went for everything, droop. ride plate,place divertor.I had to remake the ride plate, gonna remake it again to bring it closer to the housing.Heres a pic.

Tom at JBP is the man. Straight shooter, fair prices, patient with explanations, knows what he's doing. Kind of like Duane, only in California instead of Kansas! :)

Man didnt have GPS that day, boat felt lighter, planed real fast,Hell of a ROOSTER tail,RPM dropped , because pump is working now.I could not tell as speedwise but I have not had the boat out since October, wife says its faster.I had to change the pump becuse I am putting in a 521 stroker and the YJ would not handle it.Want have it out untill new motor in.About 2 weeks.It was around 2600.00.New pump, already put together,place divertor,droop with ride plate,new steering system.
