Havasu House Rental/Brand New Home

Brand new home for weekly and weekend rental, starting April 1st. 1700 sq. ft. home with 1710 sq.ft. garage. Room for inside storage of boat up to @ 30ft. Plenty of boat parking in driveway as well. Weekend rates are $165 per night plus $75 cleaning fee. Weekly and Holiday rates negotiable. Sleeps 4 in kids room, 2 each in master and guest room on queen beds. Walk in shower with 2 heads in master bath and jacuzzi tub in guest bath. Granite in kitchen and bathrooms. :)

You can count on three months rental in the winter - January-March. Sometimes more.

Kevin is right, off of Palo Verde North and Kiowa. You can take Kiowa straight down to Windsor pretty easily.:)

This is the NICEST rental I have ever seen. I was lucky enough to rent it from Kurt a weekend ago, WOW! Great location, great furnishings, roomie and the BEST garage ever. I know my little DCB sure loved it. If you need a place to rent, this is a NO BRAINER :) :D

I haven't bumped this in awhile.
We have a little availablilty left for August and several weekends available except Labor Day weekend in September.
Just added a pinball machine to go with the ping pong and foosball tables.:)
