Hey Guys,
I am getting more serious about the buildings available off the 91 Freeway at Kraemer. They are the buildings where Family Fun center use to be. Im interested in the building that is 10k sq/ft and its right on the freeway. However I don't need all the space and would like to subleas or share some of it with another business similiar to me. I would be able to lease about 1-2k sq/ft of office and if someone needs warehouse space depending on how much you need we could maybe work something out. If anyones interested let me know, because the building is perfect for my business I just can't cover all the costs for the entire space nor do I need all of it.

P.S. we are going to be selling boats and offroad components out of the building.
