Good chance for an interested party to get ALOT of boat for the $. Would be a nice Florida boat.

A friend of mine bought an Advantage 25 from that site a couple years back. Saved a bunch of money on the boat and it has been great for him. They are pretty honest about disclosing any problems, especially if the boat is at their main location.
If the boat is at other locations, I would suggest hiring a reputable surveyor.
