It's been a long drawn out ordeal, but my new shop is almost complete. Need to epoxy coat the floor, move in my toys and tools add electrical in a month or two. :D

Now that boys and girls is sexy. Even in Buckeye that is a cool garage/shop by anyones standards. I am continuly frustrated by lack of shop/storage space, and dream of something like that,(only in my dreams its much larger), and be able to have the toys and the tools/equipment inside.............MP

You gotta watch those swamp coolers, they create RUST on things you really didn't want to get rusty. In that part of the country you gotta have some type cooling/heating just don't let it get too humid..........MP

Back a few months ago was a story in the local paper. Some folks paid for a 30x50 steel building. Then the place went out of business. They were shit out of luck!!!! Pay for it when it is delivered..... :crossx: :crossx:

In a major housing boom like here in the Phx area, finding someone who would build a single unit like this would be tough. I figure a stick building would have been roughly double, and would have taken substantially longer. Scheduling concrete was difficult and in the 4 months from the initial quote until ready to pour (BS Permit process) the price increased by a few thousand.
I'm applying the floor coating this weekend and will be ready to move all of the toys and such the following. :rollside:
Getting a portable A/C unit to roll around inside. Once the electrical is plumbed.
