So when is the next event?

As I understand it and I haven't heard of any others yet.
It will be the annual "Needles V-drive Bash". Happening April 26th thru May 4th at the Needles Marina Campground. www.needlesmarina.co. (http://www.needlesmarina.co.)
Six years running and one hell of an event. It's a fun family oriented outting (wives, kids, dogs, friends, grandma and grandpa too) on a great section of the river. The campground is situated right on the river between Laughlin Nevada and Lake Havasu so you have plenty of room to roam and things to do: river racing, group floats, local river bar, Laughlin casinos, excellent group BBQ, pool & spa, horseshoes, beach vollyball, swing sets and play yard, people watching, protected mooring cove or just hang out for relaxation and do whatever makes ya happy. The weather during the day will be very warm and the evenings cool nicely this time of year.
Needles Park is really one of the nicest places on the river for camping or there are several inexpensive clean motels within 5 minuets as well. Plenty of good sit down and fast food resutrants nearby and just about everything you could possibly need or want is local.
Billy B. hosts this event and has some really good ideas for this year. There are some good plans for this year, making it a fun event for all that attend. You can catch Billy on these boards from time to time if you have any questions or comments.
There will be alot more details posted as plans are confirmed and the event gets closer.
Make plans to be there, you don't want to miss this one!!!! Not to mention those lightning fast So. Cal boys!!!!

Acceptence is probably pulling his motor out of the old Sanger and putting it in a something racier. I figure he will have Billy B doing brodies on the water just ahead of us.

Looks like I'll be there. I've got a commitment with a youth group at Lake Havasu from Sunday PM(the 27th) through the week but I'm planning to get to Needles on the 25th for Friday Sat and Sunday morning. Although my boat isn't that fast it's fun to run. :cool:

I was reading threads about the Needles bash. I just saw the post about, "I'm going to club you like a baby seal." The reality of it is sad, but in the context of the comment, THAT IS SOME FUNNY SHIT. I am still laughing just thinking about the post.
