We're probably buying a new tow vech and RV this fall and we're doing our homework.
Does this sidewinder have drawbacks? Anything they're not telling us?
Does it have more of an advantage at angle hookup/disconnect than the other brands like they emply?
We're looking also at the Pullrite.
Thanks for your takes.

I'd do some investigating on the setback that your new rig(s) will require. I think the only reason for this setup is an extended/crew cab with a short box. A long box bed doesn't require the slider setup. My .02

sure does look like alot of jolting when engaging it back and forth. possible hitch damage down the line. and how oftan are ya gunna know that you have to engage it and have an opportunity to be in a straight line. also doesnt look like you get that much extra turning.

i like the setup that slides by itself. that looks like a pretty sweet setup. looks like its a setup for a 5th wheel not a goose neck.
