I'm trying to find out the % of business's that either went out of business or just stopped selling gasoline in California in the mid to late 90's when the state required all the gas stations to install the new holding tanks. I know it had to be a good amount because I can think of several in my area at the time that stopped selling it and many that completely shut down altogether. I've been googling for the past hour and have come up empty handed. Any of you station owners know?

just a though. I'm sure you have to have some type of lic to run a gas station in CA. I'm sure they would have some stats.

Can't spill the beans yet. All I can tell you is that if things go as planned I'm going to revolutionize the way an entire industry gets a neccessary service done. I believe my marketing DVD is complete and once I have it in my hands I'll post some of it on YouTube and you can see what I'm working on.
