Well here is the ez way assuming you have IE
Upload your photo to a hosting site.... I like THIS (http://www.theimagehosting.com/)
Then ether Copy the link that says " use this link to put pic in forums..."
OR
go to where you can see the pic. Rigth click on the pic the porperties...
a small box comes up. Highlight where it says "address" then right click the highlighted text and copy.... then go to your thread. Right under neath where is says size there is a icon that looks like some moutains. click it. then right click, paste. then click the "mountains" 1 more time to close the link.....
It should look like this b4 you submit it

Right click image, copy properties and paste properties to the image box.

open your post window type your message then scroll down to manage attachments click that button
a window will open allowing you to brows your hard drive find the pic on your PC upload it Waite tell it says upload successful close that window
click post message and the pic will apear in your post
