I'll try to post some pics of mine, but like I said on the phone, that's identical to the boat that started it all for me!

Nice looking boat dan. I got your number and will try and call tonight. Have a few parts on the shelf if you need anything. Have a nice polihed bell housing, valve covers etc.

That is a sharp boat. I like the lines and the fact that there are not any thru transom exhaust drill outs. Good Luck with the resto.

Looks good! For some reason I thought you were getting the GN style?

My comment would be; I never find them this way! Usually there are no engine rails and the V-drive is on top of the flywheel! Looks from the pictures you have a great start and the hard fo find stuff is there. And in the right places. The deck looks a little like Rayson-Craft, does anyone know the history of Nordic or their racing success?? Jerkout

I really wanted to buy a bigger boat. I have the Schiada, however thats not the same thing as a Flatty.
These pictures don't do the boat any justice. It looks alot better in person. I think I will pull the motor from the Stevens.
I also really wanted a complete boat and not a project. But when the price is this good!!! eek! It took about 5 seconds to decide. wink
I thought from the guys description it was a GN style boat. When I looked at it. I realized it was a flat.
After some cleaning and WAXING it looks GREAT :D

Nice Boat Dan How long is it? And how many people did it take to lift it up? Is it a light hull

It is 19ft. It is about 10,000 # eek! well not that bad, but very heavy. We lifted it with a engine dolley and set it on my boat dolley. Then we just rolled it on my car trailer.

Dan....you know when you go to the dog pound to get a stray dog and save him from being put to sleep.....that pup knows whats going and thats one good reason they usually make a great loyal pet.....NOW don't you think that poor little NORDIC's soul is coming back to life! She's gonna make you a great boat! I really hate to see how badly some rigs are neglected, and you sure found a few....good goin'!
