Now that I have everyone's attention:
Does anyone know of a web site to look at as to investigating whether or not a Dr. has been sued??( In regards to implants, etc....)

wouldn't the state board have that info? not sure if they have a web site, but I'm sure a phone call would get you the info your after.

Yes.. You would need to go to the Medical State Board. They will tell you everything you need to know.

Court records are public. Most counties have websites that allow you to access court records by the defendant's name for free or for a small feel. Look up the county courts for the county the Dr. is in.
