Upgrade from 350 Mag to 496 Mag

Does anyone know the cost? Deal on a good used 496 versus possible 350 Mag selling price....
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

There is a 496 floating around here now. It's a good deal. You could list yours on oso and do the thing for maybe a couple g's.
btw...I dated the owners daughter of ocb back in highscool:D
