Just bought a boat and need to sell the motor as Im a Ford guy. 540 Chev, All Parts new when assembled, Merlin II block, Dart 355 heads CNC'd by Rehr-Morrison, 1250 Dominator Gas calibrated by DaVinci, Cam Motion Solid Roller .796 in @ 284 dur, .765 exh @301 dur, Je Pistons 14.3 c/r, Eagle H-beam rods, Eagle 4340 steel crank, Crane roller rockers, stud girdle, Moroso vacuum pump, Moroso electirc water pump, MSD billet Dist, NOS Cheater system, Rewarder headers. Basicly pull it out put it yours add fuel pumpand tank, ingition box and go. Dyno sheets 824.8 hp@ 7100 without NOS, 675 tq @5800 623 tq from 4700 to 6900. Can hear run still in boat $6500.00 firm. Can seperate some parts. Has aprox 25 passes in a 8 sec boat since freshened. Also have a 40-42 Chute jacket 375.00, size 36 ballistic shorts, purple, pic looks blue. $50.00, Deist balistic shorts, size med,looks like small 28-30, 30.00 Red Driving suit siz med, the kind you get out of Jegs or Summit. Hey Doug, how ya doing? I sure wouldn't mind having that little Chevy in my Eliminator....but the old pocketbook would disagree. :) Do you still have the Placecraft? One of NorCal gang is taking his down to Bakersfield for his first passes in May.

Hey oldsquirt! Doing good. Sold the PC to a guy in NM, he had it at the world finals, looked good but he didnt have the big ford in it so wasn't doing to well with it! lol I still have the Ford tho. Was running it in a Cole called Yiikes! But bought this cole so I could have my own boat and gotta sell the chevy out of it so the Ford will fit. Should have ready for redBluff, you be there? It's a hell of a great deal, cost 12k to put together, all good parts.

Priced the cost of the parts only, on jegs, for the long block minus gaskets, timing chain/gears, push rods, guide plates, valve covers, timing cover, oil pump/pan, labor to assemble ect. parts alone came to 10,142.88 so i'd sell for 5000.00. How's that sound?

engine is sold, as are jacket and purple shorts. Also HAve a 4 gal t-tank for 250.00
