It just says they were found in Lake Mead,Lake Mohave,And the Calif side of Lake Havasu.And how bad they are for your boat and the environment and economy.

No, but I was looking around my local marine and got looking at the information board and there was a whole spill about the mussels and a couple other items that are bad.
That board has been there for a few years...

Funny thing, after reading that I remembered about a year ago at one of the beaches at Lake Mohave our kids were collecting those things and wanting to take them home with us . GOOD THING I THROUGH THEM BACK WHEN THEY WERNT LOOKING!

this has been mentioned several times, I have not seen any letters... I will add that since January, peeps trailering boats on the WB40 from AZ to CA are being pulled over and inspected when returning just before Needles... gonna be some delays I think soon!

Got the letter yesterday because I have the Waverunner registered in Cali. Got stopped on the WB40 as I was bringing it home to sell it since we rarely use it. The guy asked if it's been in the water and I told him not since last July because we have a boat and kids. He waved me on without checking it.

I got stopped for 30minutes last week at the check point so they could go over the boat. Hot little inspector asked us a bunch of question then climbed all over the boat. I would have tipped her a dollar to see her do that same inspect on a cat hull the way she was all under the boat. At one point I thnk she even violated the exhaust tips to find the little slime balls. :D
