Powel camping

Does anyone know where to rent a truck camper in so cal? Planning a trip to Powel Mem Day week witha group of friends. Want to stay in Wahweap with a camper. Having a hard time finding anyone that rents them. Does anyone still rent them?

Damn! RVN4FUN sold off their fleet of truck campers.:mad:
We'll be staying at Wahweap. (the rest of the group is staying there)

lonerock beach is kinda fun:D :idea:Been going since 87 every august definitely a cool spot nothing like being right on the water with boat right in front of you

Called them already also T&B. Seems like no one rents them anymore.

LOVE camping at Lone Rock Beach. The only bummer is in the past with the low water levels you have to go through the channel to get to the rest of the lake......we lost a bunch of cool little canals......the water at the campsite is kinda "ucky" and that is the water you have to bath and play with.
Be sure to secure your camp before going out on the lake, about 3pm each day there is a windstorm from the huge sandy hill behind you.
When it is busy you have to camp off water and walk up and down the beach, trying to find someone who is leaving so you can park behind them and get their spot on the water.
