355k is the deal fully furnished ready to go...i was ther just last weekend, but didnt take any pics. rv garage home behind mine with no view is 510k.

well,
2nd buyer flaked.
this house is still available. I will be out there this weekend, so ill get some more pics of it. The price i want for it is more than reasonable because this same house cannot even be built in this area so my bottom line at 355 is very firm.
If it does not sell, it will be available as a fully furnished vacation rental in a few weeks.

thanks, its a nice house. I have plans to put a pool in the backyard this winter if i decide to keep it. 355 is a deal and im very firm on it. :)

gives you room for a bigger pool :rollside: ..or do an addition, its hooked up to sewer. For me its a perfect river house if it does not sell in the next couple months.

Has it really gotten that bad out there? I own a lot in Willow Valley in Needles about 200 feet from the water and I'm either going to sell the lot, or build a house on it and keep it. I guess this aint the time to be selling. I knew it had slowed down alot out there, but that house would have sold in a day last spring! How was the building process? Any pitfalls to watch out for out there? I'm sure it will all come back, it's just a matter of when......... God help us all if the rates go up and all these hocus pocus variable/neg am loans start catching up with people. Good luck with the sale..........

my buddy also had a lot up there, but sold it a while back. I like it up there, I'd keep it if I were you. Cant beat being so close to the water. Just find a good builder. Mine wasnt too bad as far as screwing me over on stuff, he just took forever...

I will be out there this weekend for world finals and also to prep it for a snowbird rental. If i find a renter soon, this house is no longer for sale..

Unfortuanantly its a buyers market if you havent noticed....Im a potential buyer, and gave an original offer a month ago, the market has softened even more, or he would not have lowered his "firm" price...In just the past month homes around havasu have reduced there price to a point were i can get more for MY $$$. He doesnt have to sell it to me.....in fact he doesnt have to sell it at all, but this is what you get when you advertise on a free public forum. Im the one with cash, hes the one trying to get it...enough said. If you took my lowball as an insult i apoligize...its a nice house, but as a buyer i have to protect my investments, and havasu real estate i think will be worth 20% less next year. If you havent noticed this home has been on the market 10 months.

No, i bought a home in french valley(murrieta) with some acreage and plan on building a 15k sq ft garage!
What I meant was I put a good amount of cash down on this thing and could easly rent it for what my payment is.
