just pulling the boat out for the first time in 5 months and the prop just dosent seem right.i though i remember there was a big washer type deal on the shaft first then the prop and then the brass insert.anybody?:confused:

Thrust washer, without it the prop will hit the drive housing. It is brass.

yep im missing old part#51 from my set up.seems to me i went into a place in parker last year and was told i didnt need this part since it was a bravo it was my last trip out so i must of not checked it very well because i could tell right away when i grabbed my prop today..oh well thanks for the help everyone jason i may swing by leaving for the river tommorow so maybe next week.

check your seal and make SURE you have drive oil,just incase?;)

i went into a place in parker last year and was told i didnt need this part since it was a bravo .
