There was a thread on here a while back about the accelerator loans. Search for it. My buddy is doing these loans for people. He was telling me all about them, then a week later I read about it on here.
Sink or swim type of scenerio. Are you good at managing your money???

I didn't watch the video but I think its the loan where you take out a line of credit first mortgage and make all of your deposits into that account. You withdrawal from it for all of your monthly expenses and at the end of the month you make your mortgage payment, paying more then what your minimum payment would be hence paying off the loan faster.
