havasu camping?

Is there anyplace to camp in havasu? Never been there and was thinking about a weekend trip in the toyhauler. Is there camping on the shore somewhere? What are the fees? Thanks Joe

Lot's of boat in camp sites on the lake, they are all first come first serve.
you could launch at cattail cove it's a state park on the AZ. side just a little south of town. here's a link for you. http://www.pr.state.az.us/Parks/parkhtml/cattail.html

you will find it, I think Havasu will be your best bet. We have all summer.
there's a big poker run at the end of April and the place will be going off lots of boats and partys. after this weekend that will be our next trip.

hell yes.... desert storm poker run baby....
i've done the emerald coast poker run a few times... 400 boats...
it was CRAZY fun...
i'm just going as a spectator... ( i had sponsors in Florida... a hot tub business and a car stereo shop... one of my crew got 7th place...)

That's all we do. there is a big raft up down by BML, that's the best place to watch from by that time on the lake all the boats are at WOT. My be we will have to hop a ride on your boat lake boat:D On that weekend my little 24 gets beat to hell with all the big boat chop:eek:

sounds good to me.... i'm only 28ft, but i'm 8,000lbs and pretty darn stable, but still flies good.... not a sound when she lands. no rattles or bangs....
unless my camping gear is tumbling out of the cabin..!!!
for hanging out... hell yes.... bitch pad on the back or the deck out front... either way... plenty of room..
