Ive heard that Dell has quite a few happy people out there also. Id like to say Ive never had a problem with Dell support, but that would be a lie....
Out of 8 to 12 computers, Ive never needed them. Cant complain about that.
I read a little hostility in your post, maybe you just ate some bad eggs!!!

PS...Its sell, not sale, unless you had "one more to sail" as in another boat to sail!!!
Anyways, this is a good deal if your looking for a laptop. Maybe 5 or 6 years old, but so is the one you will buy tommarow if you get a new one.
