custom fab needed

[H20 Toie]

I am ordering a new set of Centerline wheels and i want the lug nuts to be covered and even though the new wheels will be 20" instead of the 17" the covers that centerline makes not only cover the lug nuts but part of the holes on the wheels and it looks like shit. who can make me a set of caps that will look right?
These are the 17" but it will be the same style wheel

Those look pretty similar to the bolt pattern I had when I had my Welds on my truck, before I went with the 20's. Might give you something to work with. I really liked the no lug nut look on my truck. ;)
