Week end - $300.00
3 day week end - $500.00 (Labor day is available)
Week (7 nights) - $ 650.00
No additional charges to ***boat members (ie: security deposit or cleaning fee) just leave it like you found it( or I'll have to trash you on the boards:D )

How much would a house like this sell for? I'm looking for a small house with a big garage, at least 36' deep. Don't care about the square footage of the house.

It would sell for anywhere from 230K to 265K depending on what the real estate agent told the owner they could get. Realistically we bought it for 230K the first hour it was listed and paid full price. I felt it was a killer deal.
