I would love to see this, but I'm going to call BS. I don't imagine the cops would take liking to a bunch of k-boats running around the island. My family used to spend a lot of time at the Kings. One evening I figured the sheriff had left so I suited up in my lifeline, ballistic shorts and helmet, as I cruised under the bridge letting the boat build up some heat I ran into the police boat towing another boat. Lets just say I could hear him tell me to park it with the boat running (zoomies) and a helmet on:mad: . I parked it on the closest beach and waited for him to return, I was certain I was in for a hand full tickets at the very least. As I was waiting a tournament boat pulled up and asked if I needed a tow. I explained the situation to the driver and he said "no problem I know cop and I'll take care of it." As he towed me back to Riverland (beer in hand) we passed the cops and he yelled to them "i'll take care of it" and that was that. No ticket, no lecture, nothing! I was amazed!

The capped 5 is light years away Ray. It has been out 1 time. We are fortunate to have the Cone to be able to compete right now but Dave and Dave are in a different league with their capsule boat compared to ours. I think we can give them a run in the Cone.

Most of the people keep tabs on the rivercop. It's not uncommon to be asked which way the cop went. If he goes downstream, you go up and don't worry about it! I usuaally PRE-RUN the course for the POPO!!
