Hey.
My Bro has a house in Havasu he's thinking about renting out this summer.
What are they going for? Weekly and weekend rates?
It's on Pony Lane, Parker side of Havasu. About 4 miles from the main ramp.
3 bedroom 1 den 2.5 bath

Give me some questions and I'll get the answers.
Thanks.

Looks like a nice place.
Most places are going for $125-150 a night (Extra for holidays)
I think you could get a little more since the place looks nice and it has a pool.
Maybe $175-200 a night
$600-750 for a week

I would say that would bring in above $200 per night. Nice house with a pool should be a premium.

You could probably get around $200 a night during the summer, maybe $225 per holiday weekends with 3 day mins if he rents it himself. If he uses a rental company - the will probably list it for $250 - $350 per night- I personally think its stupid and I do rent houses out there often. A key in my book is the garage - it MUST be boat deep and available for me, however many weekenders don't care.
Good luck and nice property.
