Ahhh...maybe your right...I just thought with that much HP, it has to do SOMETHING in the water...something more than fock up everyones day with tidal waves across the bow....I don't mind the smaller wakeboard boats, but these things are like shoving a 4x8 piece of plywood through the water...which is why I thought maybe with a 1000hp worth of twin huffers int the back, maybe it did something more than leave capsized boats in it's wake...maybe not...

This is correct....I was told due to the design of the bottoms most of these boats wont due over a certain mile per hour no matter how much power you put to them. These newer & bigger hulls maybe a little different but in the end they are made to displace water. The other kicker is these things handle soo well they are a kick in the pants to drive. I imagine the accelleration and the turning capabilities of this boat makes it fun to drive between 20 and 45 MPH.
