Not more than an hour ago, my wife's 15yr old Poodle died. Not from food but old age. It was sad. She's had her since she was 10. :(

so sorry to hear that CC. i lost two dogs over a 12 month period and i know how tragic it is. :(
i posted this new list because i was worried that people might start slacking off about checking since some new stuff has been added to the list.

We started feeding our dogs Paul Newman's all organic dog food.
There's another one that Dick Van Patten endorses thats all organic too, but cant remember the name of it.

Matt I'm so sorry. That just sucks.
riverless and i use this stuff (http://solidgoldhealth.com/products/showproduct.php?id=1&code=103). it's very good food, costs a little more than others but hey.

in addition to the food rex mentioned above, i use a little of pet promise's moist food and mix it into the dry. my poor little guy gets bored with just dry.
No Animal By-products
No Added Growth Hormones

Thanks for the link Rex, that looks like some good stuff and price looks reasonble too.
I'm fortunate in that I changed my dogs diet the month before this food scare started. Vet said get him off the wheat and grain products, used to stink so bad just a week after the groomer I didn't want to touch him, what a world of difference the Eukanuba Response FP has made, but it's perscription, pricey and only availble through a vet.
Might give this stuff a try.
