I put my house up for sale on Monday. Was thinking I'd end up carrying a mortgage and a lease for a couple months once I got to Arizona next week.
ahhh....not so fast :D I had 3 people call my realtor to say they will be putting in offers tomorrow. AND I still have my open house. Trying not to jinx anything, but how sweet of a deal would that be to be in escrow before I leave town  :)

Thanks Ziggy. Things have felt like they've gone far too easy so far. Let's cross our fingers all goes well ...at least until I get to Tucson. But it does feel like this move was meant to be...not to be too hallmark cheezy or anything :D

But Tucson? The nearest water is like 4 hours away.

Tucson city law requires all beavers to be buzzed, not bushy. Times are a changing.:D

that seems about right :D
Besides...if you only knew where I currently live. The closest water is in the atrium at State Farm corporate  :D

Same with So Cal metro area. Most people in So Cal on this board live in either the San Diego area or greater LA vicinity and have to drive 4 hours to the water.
