First one is toward turn 1&2, second one is the middle of the track, 3rd is turn 3&4, The other is outside in the green field. As you can see, cars were parked tail to the wall almost around the track. Last is the Red field (aka shirkey4750)

I was there all day Friday- also HM427Donzi was there from TN, too. Spent all day just in the infield. Here's some neat stuff that was there.
The Superformance guys were there in a big way. Maybe JBB will see these-

Dave, probably passed you somewhere in all that mess Friday. Some super nice cars there and a lot of junk ones with unreasonable prices. Covered everythig inside and out, legs were barely able to get me to the truck.
I think I'm going to the Super Chevy Show in Columbas the first weekend in May.

John,
You're probably right! I kept looking for boat stuff....I suppose the only thing there would have been the same old rusted out headers etc that have been coming for the last 5 yrs looking for a new home.
Wall to wall people. A customer of mine went yesterday (Sat) and said it was even more people there, even with the threat of rain. Took him 1.5 hrs to get out and back to Mooresville.
Re: junk at unreasonable prices. The comment kept coming up that people with stuff for sale there had been watching Barrett-Jackson a little too much. I was looking at 66 390 Fairlanes for my neighbor, who just bought a really nice one up in Va. He paid 21,500 to get an original red cpe w/4sp 390 with under 80k on the clock. Orig interior- everything was clean. Not even worn looking. The asking price on the same cars there was $26000 to $29500. And they weren't as neat as Mike's. Cracked dash, split seat seam on the inside, rust bubbles on the outside of one I saw- with an automatic- and he wanted $26k for it! With prices like these, there's no reason to have anybody stay with the car waiting for buyers.
