nice place. I grew up going to Aha Quin in the early 80's. Lots of good memories from there. How is the park now? Must have changed a lot in the 20years since I was last there...

Hi.. I was curious if this was on CRIT or BLM land? And what are your lease payments? Thanks.....

Does this include land or just the trailer?

Thanks for the look. :D
Dan & Taylorman,
The land belongs to CRIT and is leased yearly for $250 a month. So you own the trailer, not the land. The park itself has a store, cafe, bar, gas dock, launch ramp, tennis/basketball courts, kids playground, private airport, garages and a great lagoon for racing. The best family place on the river.
Havasu_Dreamin,
Been there since 76' and you wouldn't believe how different it looks. The original park has almost all new trailers. No more single-wide 24's.....It's nice.
Thanks again,
Gene.

Framer1,
Not much a view, but not far from the water. I'll try and take a few camp pic's this weekend.

Sweet. You must have been there on the numerous weekends we were there. We used to get busted for riding our mini-bkies in the park.....I remember one year the water was so low we swam across the river from the park over to the reeds.....
