I grew up Helping Jim and Ty Newton with all their racing needs,(SS-61) "Or maybe I just helped with the drinking??? Jim has built me many of Engines that were a little more cubes than this one but none the less, same thing!! If this is a real Jim Newton engine then it will run all day long on the river!! Don't think for one minute you don't have too do regular maintence!! Always check timing, lash and spark plugs and you should be fine!!!!

This is a full on Bubba Newton motor, he has done all my motors and race boat work for the last 8yrs. Not a single complaint. Him and Ty have helped me alot over the years. Trying to sell this motor so Jim can build me nasty small block for street:D
