being trying to get a 40ftr there for 2 years unless your sucking shirleys ass and happen to be there when a fourty opens pretty much tought to get.i think a 24ftr is proably alot easier to get but still tough.

I've tried dealing with Shirley and I think she uses indoor storage as a sales perk when closing a RE deal.
Lots of RE deals in Del Rio now BTW.
The sub prime fallout is effecting prices there in several ways I'm told by Antony who runs the Bar and a RE office.

VIP was excellent, they have none available, but took our number and put us on a list.
They have 30' and 40' units.
We hope to eventually buy a 23 to 26' boat in the future.

i like four feather also 130 for a 12X40 but i need to get a key to the back gate are move, took me over 1/2 hour last time to put the boat away.four feathers has 15x40's open but they want 220.

rio,dr,echo all those places were so over priced,cant blame them just riding the high prices of deeded land on the az side of the river.Hard to pay 250k for a trailer and then pay another 600 bucks for a lease.I know in dr the prices on the back row have dropped over 70k on one place and it still for sale.160-under a 100 is a price drop.

i know there is a few places on the az side but i just cant pay 250 bucks for boat storage,i will buy a place in lakeside and rent it out and leave my boat there before i pay that much.

I was talking to a couple at the Del Rio bar Saturday that just closed for $28K on a single wide in Del Rio park.
The bartender said it was true, some prices have fallen.
Rent is another $380 per mo BTW.
150 day per year stay rule, unless ya have a local job.
Working at the Fire Station up Rice Rd is considered a local job, and it's paid per call.

Rio Del is a fun place but the new BLM rule where you can't keep a boat and golf cart in your carport is BS. Just another way to score a buck off of folks.

We used B M B storage for a couple years. Nice and center of the strip with plenty of room to get in and out, oh and nice to have Strokes close by for dinner or drinks.

Premier in Havasu is a good starting point for re-cond used.
Make sure you have head/tail lites, and if elect, a battery condition meter & rear seat. (cheap).
Friday nite we can all do a Mudslides run to the Del Rio if you're up to it.
