New head unit?

I have always had better luck with Alpine units in boats. they seem to last longer.

I have the CDA-9857. I'd look at the CDA-9885 or the CDA-9857.

ok so i am on the alpine website, what do you guys know about the alpine iDA-X001 Its looks pretty pimp and able to control your ipod on the head unit.

I Just Bought That Alpine And Will Be Putting It In On Monday. I Think It Is The Shiat Because If You Have An Ipod You Dont Have To Lug Any Cds On The Boat Or Worry About Them Skipping While Hauling Ass. They Are High Speed Now So It Is Just Like Using The Ipod To Find The Music You Want. I Cant Wait To Put It In. I Will Let You Know How It Turns Out.

The Alpine remote is really cool for in your pocket, but to mount on the boat somewhere is really cheesy I think......

Hey Moneyfornuthin I Put The Alpine 001 In On Monday And It Is The Siccest Deck I Have Ever Had. The Sound Quality Is Outstanding. Definately Advise Getting One If You Have An Ipod. You Can Even Download Backgrounds Off Alpine.
