My guess is around 5 mpg. if its gas.

Actually the mileage for this truck is right about stock, you will get 325-350 miles to the tank and tank is a 26 gal tank and what really helped me acheive it with this truck was the re gear and the superchips programmer. so figure about 12.5-15 miles to gallon
