thats sounds good... have to try it someday, I keep it simple.. squeeze 1/4 lemon on each side... generously cover in medium cajun seasoning, heat the grill (medium), slap it on about 3 min each side, make sure its flakes, eat it up. If I feel energetic, sometimes I will wrap it in foil to help keep it moist.

Try "kraft" Roasted Red Peper Italian with parmesan dressing....is sounds funky but if you cover your salomon in that dressing and wrap it in foil on the grill you will be all good.

Look on foodnetwork for one of alton brown's recipes, i saw him cooking some on good eats a while back, looked good, all his recipes are killer

I marinate Salmon in a sauce named Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki for a minimum 3 hours and then I grill it on the Q.

cedarboard soaked in lemon water for 4 hours. soysauce and olive oil mixed together brush inside of Salmon..BBQ on apple wood chips and charcoal!

Worcestershire and Whiskey, equal parts. Pat with sesame seeds and BBQ while basting lightly. BBQ as in mesquite, not gas...(sorry Hank Hill)
