Spectra 20

I know some have full length stringers and some not. What year did they stop running a full stringer?? What was the reason they stoped?

I'm on my way to pick up a Spectra 20. I've look at the boat many times but never question stringer length. I know some have full length stringers and some not. What year did they stop running a full stringer?? What was the reason they stoped? Any help would be great. I'm not sure as of right now what I have.
