I think the simple answer to that is the fact that they are all on the east coast. Kind've easier to just have a local shop build a motor and be able to go into the shop in person and yell and complain when there's an issue:D
Though there are a couple boats with Zul's in them out here. they run awesome! Kevin Schultes (the photo above w/the tunnel rammed 750's) has around 400 failure free hours. Boat runs in the low 100's. GREAT motors!

Hey don't take offense to it. And sorry it must have been the day that the 196 # was posted...I drank a lot this weekend so some of it is a blur.
Glad no one got hurt, but hearing it all in order...we couldn't help but laugh at the insanity of the boats' day. Trust me, we've had similarly bad days on the water, probably the reason why we could laugh because we related to it.
Like it was said above, we're hoping it's out by Saturday too...we want to see it go!

Based upon the call I just got, it's packed. Seems as though a majority of the boats were just delivered there, with no owners in sight. Guess the hotel is taking a hands off approach to the parking setup on the beach. Far cry from the last few years where they'd start booting boats off if they didn't have the band to show they were a hotel guest. :notam:
