Where can I buy a decent one? Snap-on is out of stock on-line and I don't know how to get in touch with one of those snap-on trucks....
MAC doesn't have one in their on-line catalog.
Who else has them?

Perfect! Is there any reason this one is $119 and the Snap-On one is $299?

If you want to get in touch with a Snap-on dealer, or Mac or Matco.....Just go to a local auto repair facility and ask a tech for the info.

The Snap-On tester is mounted in a plastic box and uses a single, direct readout gauge. It also says "Snap-On" on it wink
You know you need to use this with an air compressor, right?

Us poor people just use a Morosso. Works fine for a cheap price. Mine is 20 years old. Still tickin. :D

Well, mine says "Snap-On" on it. Probably overkill unless you use it almost daily. Bought it half a lifetime ago. You were probably tooling around the neighborhood on your Big Wheels back then :D
126 Driver, the one in Jegs is the Total Seal unit.

When it's your line of work, having the right tools is rather important.... :D

What's that saying about "the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence"? I want a job where I can sit behind a monitor all day. Too much wear and tear on the body in my job.

The only reason to buy Snap-on would be for the convince of them comming to your shop. Buy the cheeper one, for as much as your going to use it it will last a life time. By the way I have the one that looks like that but It was made by Mac tools. Strap-on gets to much for there tools and most of them arn't any better then any other major tool co. I have had mine for a whole lot of years and the only thing I have ever had go wrong and it was my falt, was I droped it and the glass broke on one of the guages.

My Snap- On guy will just meet me somewhere on my way home. I just call him and he tells me where he will be. He's really accomadating, probably because he knows I'm going to drop a couple of bills. wink
