Based on his name, it looks like the City Attorney likes a little animal action as well, just on a smaller scale.......In May 2004, City Attorney Frog Press filed a motion to admit information from Hathaway¹s juvenile record that included damage to property, disorderly conduct and lewd and lascivious behavior, while prosecuting Hathaway for disorderly conduct and malicious mischief.

On Oct. 11, Bryan James Hathaway, 20, pleaded innocent to assaulting the carcass...
How the hell do you assault something that's already dead?

It's not like the deer will be emotionally traumatized and will have relationship issues and won't be able to fuction in society.

I just want to know how excactly they caught this bambi focker. It appears as though he turned himself in or his family did. Am I missing something in the article?
I think this kook took the term "field dressing" in the wrong context. I don't think leaving it inside the carcass is what is meant by that.
