2007 Howard 28 Bullet Vee Runs..........

115 mph at Lake Havasu yesterday. There is more info in the "***boat" section called "The Fastest 28 Bullet". I am still out at Havasu, so I will post pics when I return. The boat handles awesome,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I guess I need a faster Bullet for myself!:mad:

I am guessing that boat was running some sort of fancy schmancy ultra high HP TPI motor of some sort ?!? :idea: :eek: :D

It does have a TPI motor,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but nothing really fancy in today's world of motors. Its a 555 ci Dart headed BBC, with a 3.3 quad rotor efi on top and an Autronic computer. We pulled a 32 lab and a 1.35 gr 6100 rpm. I shot some video running from steamboat to Black meadow landing in the boat, and I never went under 107 mph. It seemed like it took 2-3 minutes.:D The boat is really nice,,,,,,,,,,,,,,But I tried for a couple hours to fish out of it yesterday, and didnt get one bite,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,:mad:

Cmon, I love to fish :D . I figured,,,,,,,,,,,The boat runs well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,might as well float an anchovie and enjoy a cold beverage. The boat actually has a garmen fish finder integrated into the GPS.
BTW,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the video did not come out well at all. I think its time to start thinking about a real video person, someone that can mount some small camara's on the boat,.............................got some decent pics though.
