Just a friendly reminder for all of you to stear clear of Holiday RV & Marine in Bullhead City AZ this season and the next and the next etc... Here is my previous link in case anyone missed it. http://www.***boat.com/forums/showthread.php?t=128982&highlight=Holiday+Rv+Marine
My new axles are on thanks to Kustom Trailer and Welding "KTW" located in Rancho Cucamunga. www.kustomtrailer.com Those guys did a great job fixing the FUBAR that Stan The Rip Off Man did at Holiday RV & Marine. Oh yeah KTW did it for about 1/3 the cost Stan raped me for.
Hope this helps everyone seek their repairs elsewhere this season. You will just be rolling the dice going to that shop both on service and prices. Pictures are worth a thousand words, take a look:
Here is Holiday RV & Marine's handy work

So I take it you didn't like the Monster Trailer look. The way they had that set up the front tires of your tow vehicle would be in 2' of water. And that still may have not been far enough to get the boat off the trailer. Are they the ones that sold Eliminators years ago?? Nothin like dealing with a rookie.

No the 4x4 thing did not appeal to me. There were very few occasions I would have gone to Glamis with my BOAT

Maybe next time you shouldn't ask for the 4" lift kit. :D :D

Thanks. KTW did my swing away tounge and I'm going to have them do a spare tire set-up later on. My only complaint is they kept the old axles, wanted to throw those through a certain building's window. :jawdrop:

BUMP!
Yep, Stan's a crook. Tried to rip me off for a prop one year, screwed my buddy on a fiberglass job and had one of his shop flunkies back a lift into another friends boat when he only stopped for a minute to get oil or something!!! All that in 2 seasons....
Staw away, very very far away.
Wal Mart sells Merc oil, so there is NO reason to go near that shop!!!

There were quite a few horror stories on the previous link. After hearing yours I'm thankful the boat didn't get screwed up. That would have been worse than screwed over.
