the motor is back out just waiting for a couple parts....i started buffing today.........my only question, maybe old rigger can answer, is according to the HIN# it's a hawaiian(sp) but it says carribean on the sides toward the rear of the hull.......i'm guessing hawaiian made it and carribean labeled it and sold it:confused: :confused: :confused:...oh, and it's a '84

I would sell it. It has a new interior, body and paint work, FAB 9 rear w/ all Strange components, midmount plate. Has been 9.70s at 140+ in street trim w/mild 454. New 2 1/4" Hedman headers,complete exhaust. New glass: hood,trunk lid,bumpers, and cowl,(it is all block sanded and painted). It was my street car before we got real busy. Don't have time to finish it again. MUCH more. TIMINATOR

Damn, you should just leave the engine out of it, glass the engine compartment in and turn it into a cooler. Seems like you spend most your time being towed anyway, may as well make it lighter and have cold refreshments for those doing the towing!!! :D :D :D

decided to wet sand and rebuff today...wet sanded with 1200 and used a meguires fine cut compound....here is the difference
