I have a puch 45 amp. I was told it's rated at 200W but actually puts out about 75 per channel. I'm running two 6 X 9 JBLs, rated at 105W max. And two sony 6.5" 2 ways, rated at 160W max each.
The question is:
What kind of out put will I get puttin four speakers on a 2 channel amp?
Should I tie both rear speakers + & - together and hook them to one othe out puts?
Or, tie both the outputs from the amp together.
Or, do I need 2 amps?

You don't "need" two amps unless you run into a problem with the current amp overheating or just not supplying enough power. I would wire the left and right side speakers (+ to + and - to -). This way you will still get left and right separation and stereo sound.

It's going to sound better than not having an amp. Try it parallel first (pos to pos and neg to neg). If it gets hot or clips (sounds distorted) try it in series (pos of one speaker, neg of the other, with one wire off the pos and neg in between). What ever you do you don't want to bridge the amp and run four speakers off it in parallel.
