For those of you who inquired on the Custom Made Billit steering wheels that my brother makes. The prices are between $350.00-$400.00 a wheel. Compare to Trenz at $750.00-$1000.00 a wheel.

Just the opposite! stays way way cooler than any
black steering wheel because it relflect the heat
just like those sunshields used in windshields on cars. Also these steering wheels are alot stronger
than conventional steering wheels and nobody has one like yours. I get tons of compliments and looks on mine.

I had one on my show truck a few years ago. Had to put a towel over it when parked for a few minutes. If you live in the desert you cannot touch one that is in the sun. It wouldn't be very practical in a boat, except in Alaska.

Wrong you are my freind i live where it is often 105%-118% and it stays cool. The glass of the windshield makes it hot not direct sunlight. My wife has often driven this boat and never complained of the wheel being hot. If that was the case sunshields would be black not reflective. As for bolt patterns and designs almost anything.
