why??
No pressure related problems.
Building carb boxes, vent tubes......and, and, and.... pain in the ass.
Carbs work the best when they are sucked on.......

but it's nice to keep the fuel out of the intercooler and as much duct as you can. I'm doing the draw thru thing and it is looking like a big bomb. :jawdrop:

#1 True. A backfire could get costly ugly.
#2 How so?
Well then looks like EFI is in your future.
Fiberglass hole in the water you shovel money into.

Every turbo setup I have done before the current one was a draw through.
They made huge power (enough to break the ring lands off the pistons) but fuel settling out at low rpm when it had to travel through all that piping was always a problem. Intercooling just amplifys the fuel settling out problem.
Blowing through the carb seems to have produced good power as far as the procharger setups go, but anything to do with carbs is so ..........1800's
and building that doghouse over the carb.........
Accessability........

Blow through adds its own problems.
I may suggest to do a bit of research before you buy the hat.

I run twin turbo's, draw through. In a jet. Love the set up Think there should be more of a demand for them I think they re better than blowers.
By the way, me any my 21 Daytona beatup on the wackers at the BBSP last weekend. Won the rubber chicken. Thier crying foul, because I have a race boat. then why the full interior and ski hook?

Good job Jerry,
I would call your boat a lake boat too.
The outboards carry a 1000# weight advantage on us and still lose.
Now they will have to change the name of the event. :D

So you went to their party and had your way with them. :D They seem to not know the difference between a race boat and a river boat that is raced.
F uck em! :D
