Yea, I thought all the cash flowed outta escrow closing.
Took me by surprise they all fell for it.

Only use Help-U-Sell or Assist-2-Sell. Stick with the big names. I used Help-U-Sell once. Paid $800 up front marketing fee plus 1% thru escrow. Saved me a ton of cash and sold the house in 21 days.
