Merc 250 XS for sale. It has 29 hours on a factory replaced powerhead and 159 hours on the computer. A full set of diagnostics were just run and everything is perfect. It is currently a 30" mid, but can be shortened to 25". It has the single ram racing trim, solid mounts and a Fleetmaster gearcase, with a 2 piece driveshaft. The motor is exceptionally clean and is currently mounted on my 25 Powerplay. I can crate for shipment. Comes with trim pump and oil resovoir. I can include a Merc single lever control and wiring harness if needed. The majority of operation on the new powerhead is between 3000 and 4000 rpm. It runs flawlessly and is in near new condition.
