A few years back an owner of a 28' Advantage Party cat created a hydraulic lift setup for the engine cover. I think they marketed briefly but nobody seems to know who it was that came up with it. Anyone out there have any info?
There was a write up on the boat and the sytem but I can't find it. Also remember seeing a few small ads in the back pages of the magazine.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
The PC 28 has a unique engine cover. The "kit" that was around a few years ago had a custom hinge system that would allow the cover to go up with the hydraulics and then slide back (I think).

That cover is a pain in the ass. I was considering building a hydraulic system on my boat. I put hinges on the port side seat base instead. It goes up and down really easy now. Something I wish I did from the start.
