Any news how the boys did at Chowchilla?

ya one fueler on sat. night went 221 at a 5.53. then the next another fueler crashed but was fine.it was the G-force boat. also a acohol flat crashed but the boat and him was fine. the boat the went 221 was a twin screw.

"Don Bausher lost one of the front bolts on the center plate which allowed water under it then created a nice water brake. The boat kinda hopped out of the water then drove the nose in and mostly spun out and sunk. It did crack the cap of the boat a little but all in all he's a lucky man. Get this it was a legal single in the final but he didn't make it all the way down the track. NJBA rules say you have to make it all the way down the track with in 1 minute or else you can't win. So he crashes boat in the final on a single and they give him runner up, talk about a slap in the face."

Yeah he didn't look to happy about that at the trophy presentation. I think I would be a little bit pissed off myself.
