This appears to be a "ROOKIE" trying to conduct an accident reconstruction. IMO (just mine) this is not the way to conduct business. The BEST to all.

It was an Eliminator.

I thought it was a Boston Whaler with twin 900SC's. I heard it was going about 170MPH and didnt make a turn.
